Amplify You
Your bi-weekly dose of learning AI, without the hype.

Hello peeps,
Hope you all had kick-start in 2026.
Many of you are receiving this for the first time.
The motto of AIpeeps for 2026 will be to Amplify You by Using AI.
I will help you use AI in your work and daily life to achieve amplified results.
And it's not only about productivity. I think productivity measured in time is too far-stretched for AI. While it may be important from an ROI perspective when deploying the technology, your success with AI depends entirely on whether it amplifies the value you create for yourself, the company you work for, or society in general.
Let's dive into it. We're going to cover 3 core areas over 3 series to amplify yourself by using AI for 2026.

Create These 3 Projects in ChatGPT

These are three aspects where we've always felt we could have excelled if we'd had a personal coach or someone experienced to talk to.
Now, you have ChatGPT (and other LLMs) to role-play as an expert for you.
I'll share a few aspects of how I'm using it to amplify my actions toward my goals in 2026.
Health
How I am doing it
I have uploaded my recent full blood test report to the files in the project and also provided my pre-medical history in the chat (you can also put that in a Word file). This helps give ChatGPT context for all my future health queries.

Health Project
I am using it as my nutritionist—but not as someone who gives me a one-week chart. It's more like a personal coach for every meal. So, I posted photos of every meal I had for 2 days, then asked for minimal changes with maximum impact to tackle the higher risks I have based on my profile.
What I loved: it gives me tiny changes that will have a bigger impact than following an impossible full diet chart. I agree with one of its findings—evening snacks are the main culprit, and we all agree 😊
By end of the day, I also asked it to present me the scorecard of my food for the day.

I am also using it for home remedies. I think somewhere with advancement, we lost our ancient remedies for smaller things, which we now have access to again because of ChatGPT. And it works!
Definitely, there is something working here. ChatGPT has also launched ChatGPT Health last week. Currently, only few users have access to this product.

Prompts you can start with
“Analyze the uploaded image of my food plate. Calculate approximate nutrition values (calories, protein, carbs, fats, fiber, sugar). Estimate portion sizes and note assumptions. Suggest mild, practical improvements to improve meal quality without changing the meal completely. Show total daily impact including sugar intake if similar meals are repeated. Present a simple scorecard (protein, carbs, fats, sugar, overall balance) and clearly mention what can be tweaked”

Cautions while using any AI
You should always use ChatGPT only as initial indicator and not as Dr’s advice. Always check with professional.
ChatGPT is doing great in X-ray analysis but it still faces challenges. Also, might not be completely reliable. Read the report on it’s limitation.
Sometimes, it becomes like endless loop of questioning; which you should be aware.
